Casey Mastronardi, FNP-C, MSN is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Mount Saint Mary College in the Family Nurse Practitioner program. 

Her professional career included employment as a Registered Nurse at White Plains Hospital in their Patient Care Unit/Step-down ICU, and at the office of Putnam GI Associates in Carmel, New York. She also works as a full time nurse practitioner in a fertility practice in the Hudson Valley. These experiences have shaped Casey and given her the knowledge, training, dedication, empathy, and communication skills that are the cornerstones for excellence in medical and nursing care. 

She is also licensed in New York State as a Registered Professional Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She also received injector training with Allergan and will be continuing her training here at A Renewed You.

Lauren began her nursing career working with post surgical patients and transitioned to working in critical care. She has obtained specialty training in medical weight management, IV therapy, laser hair removal, laser skin rejuvenation and more! Her passion for ongoing education has made her excel, we are so excited to have her on our team!

Lauren has three daughters! In her free time, she enjoys spending quality outdoor time with her girls and husband!

Toni’s journey into aesthetics began years ago while working in marketing for a well-known beauty and med spa brand. Immersed in that world daily, she developed a strong desire to be more hands-on with patients and help them achieve real, transformative results.

She followed her passion by enrolling in aesthetic school, where she gained expertise in treatments like Morpheus8, microneedling, HydraFacials, and more. After graduating, she joined another med spa and quickly fell in love with helping clients feel confident.

Driven to grow further, Toni made the decision to attend nursing school - a rigorous two-year journey filled with late nights, dedication, and a commitment to deepening her medical knowledge.

Now a licensed Registered Nurse, Toni is a part of the team at A Renewed You. 

Samantha is dedicated to creating a positive, supportive environment where she oversees the smooth operation of daily activities, enhances the patient experience, and manages essential business reports.  Samantha is responsible for generating business reports, analyzing financial data, and tracking key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and growth. With a background in business management and a passion for the wellness industry, she is committed to making every visit seamless, efficient, and enjoyable. 

Outside of work, Samantha invests time and energy into her small business, where she explores her entrepreneurial passion and seeks new opportunities for growth. She also loves spending time with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and trying out new restaurants and cuisines- making her a self-proclaimed foodie.

Meet Pati, our creative powerhouse and the mind behind our social media and content strategy. Originally from Poland, she’s made her way to the U.S. with over 15 years of experience in storytelling, marketing, and brand building. Trained in property surveying, Pati quickly realized her true passion lies in crafting content that connects, inspires, and engages — a perfect fit for our office’s mission.

Pati's warm approach helps our clients feel at ease, fostering a deeper understanding and connection with us. We are so grateful to have her on our team!

When she’s not creating content, Pati can be found lifting weights, exploring hidden gems around the city, hunting down the perfect cup of coffee, or planning her next adventure

Ilaria is a dedicated and welcoming presence at A Renewed You Medspa, committed to making every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and confident. She plays a key role in ensuring each visit runs smoothly, from booking appointments to answering questions and offering a warm, uplifting vibe that helps everyone feel at ease.

A graduate of Sacred Heart University, Ilaria is passionate about helping others look and feel their best. She’s currently planning to return to school for nursing so she can continue supporting people’s health and confidence in even more meaningful ways.

Outside of work, Ilaria loves all things beauty, from experimenting with makeup to perfecting a good hair day. She’s always down for a cozy night in, but also loves getting dressed up for a fun dinner and drinks with friends. With two sisters and a big heart, she values connection, good vibes, and making every day feel a little more special.

I’m married and a proud mother of two college students. After spending 20 years in Advertising, I’ve always had a genuine love for beauty and design. Now, I’m thrilled to be part of the A Renewed You team, where I can merge my professional background with my passion for aesthetics. As a front desk and office assistant, I love helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey. In my free time, you’ll find me working out, practicing yoga, gardening, or enjoying long walks with my two golden retrievers, who keep life full of joy and energy.

Lia brings a warm, welcoming, and compassionate presence to the A Renewed You team. Currently pursuing her graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling, she is passionate about helping others feel comfortable, supported, and confident in every interaction. Her background in counseling allows her to connect with clients in an approachable and thoughtful way while creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

Working at A Renewed You has given her the opportunity to explore a profession she has always been interested in while combining many of her passions, including wellness, beauty, fitness, and social media. She has a strong interest in health and fitness and enjoys spending time at the gym and taking workout classes.

Outside of work and school, Lia loves reading, spending time at the beach, creating social media content, and being a dog mom to her mini Goldendoodle.

Noelle joined A Renewed You as a receptionist in January 2025. She is dedicated to helping clients with booking and any questions they may have, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. 

She recently graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in psychology and plans to return to nursing school to pursue her goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with friends. She is excited to be part of the team and looks forward to assisting clients with their wellness journey!

Briana is an outgoing and compassionate professional who is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and welcomed from the moment they walk into A Renewed You Medspa. Known for her warm personality and friendly smile, she strives to create a positive and relaxing experience for each patient. She graduated from Empire State University and is passionate about continuing her education in the healthcare field, with plans to pursue a career as either a RN or Ultrasound Technician. Briana is driven by her desire to help others feel confident, healthy, and at their very best. Outside of work, Briana enjoys getting dressed up for a girls night out and expressing her creativity through makeup and fashion. As the oldest sibling — including her twin brother and two younger siblings — she values family, responsibility, and bringing positive energy to those around her.

Alana joined our team at a renewed you Manalapan in May of 2026, where she is committed to bringing a welcoming, kind, and patient attitude to her role. She is a great multitasker and a friendly face with a special love for aesthetics. She is a licensed aesthetician herself currently pursuing a degree in nursing. When she is not balancing school and work, she loves to spend her free time working out, especially trying a new workout class. She is also a self proclaimed foodie and movie buff.
