Injectable membership

As an injectable member, your monthly payment of $50 or more is automatically banked into your wallet for later use on any wrinkle relaxer or dermal filler treatment. All of your banked funds go directly towards your treatment with no hidden fees. 

The team at A Renewed You can make payment recommendations based on your current treatment trends to help you budget for your next treatment!

If you do not have enough in your bank at the time of your treatment/ appointment, you will be responsible for the remaining balance that day. If you have more than enough in your bank, the additional money remains in your wallet until you are ready to use it!

Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 1st of every month to deposit directly into your wallet. There is no additional sign up fee, membership fee, or cancellation fee. There is a 4 (four) month commitment required. Though members can cancel at any time, all unused membership payments will be given as a "A Renewed You" credit upon membership cancellation. No refunds will be issued at anytime.

You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel your membership, please give A Renewed You a one week written notice to frontdesk@arenewedyouny.com. Our office managers will confirm cancellation with you. No other forms of cancellation will be considered.

All memberships require a 4 month commitment of recurrent automated charges before cancellation is eligible. Recurring membership charges begin on the 1st of the following month. If you cancel prior to your 4th recurrent automated charge, you will be billed for the difference in charges and no refunds will be given. Memberships are nontransferable. Funds within your membership bank can only be used for services within that membership (example: Hydrafacial membership monies cannot be used towards Injectables). 

Though members can cancel at any time, all unused membership payments will be given as A Renewed You credit upon membership cancellation. No refunds will be issued at any time.
